If the character is affected with a second mesmerizing debuff, the chance of being affected by another successful mesmerizing debuff decreases even further. At once becomes immune to further mesmerizing debuffs. to make some balance in server how about to implement this sistem ??? some skils are really op in server ,, and all the resistance u get is =0 .. some skils with very low reuse and land rate of 100% make game some anoyng .. [stun from warlords , silence from dominators ... etc ] againi i open disscusion about DOT dmg !! can u chek it again ??? when skill land 1 after 1 in few seconds .. the dinamic of dmg become x2 time faster!
